Its a bed in a room and a hot shower. No bugs i saw and some decent food nearby. No special frills but didn't need any. Nice big parking lot
The Rooms Are Cheap. but That's a Good Thing! but, Because They Are So Cheap, U Get What U Paid For. The Rooms Could Be a Little More Updated! Everything in the Rooms looks Like it's From the 70's. It Could Be a Whole Lot Cleaner. ESPECIALLY In The Bathrooms. The Customers Service is Not That Good at All. The Clerk Had an Attitude The Entire Time & Everytime I Asked a Question He Got Smart or Huffed & Puffrd as If I Was Getting on His Nerves! Doubt if Me or, My Family Will Be Checking In to That Hotel EVER AGAIN!
Stayed here for the Louder than Life festival and we were very happy with the room. The customer service was also exceptional I even received a call from the owner 2 days after we left warning me that Booking.com was trying to charge me a second time. Would definitely recommend
If you don't love exploring the dying motels of yore, you will not like Colliers. BUT, if you're like me, and love seeing all the charm that comes with these cool old time capsules, then this is the place for you. Customer service is excellent. The staff were super accommodating. I booked online, but you still need cash for the deposit. No other motels were able to guarantee me a room on the ground floor, which is extremely important for me as a disabled person. I prefer motels over hotels because i won't have to worry about walking for 5 minutes through a maze of hallways. All rooms here are ground level, so no worries about that. It's also so much easier to unload your stuff when your car is right outside the door. I was booking for that night and all other motels wanted to charge me at least $100. The room here was $70. Idk why others are complaining about the price. Way more affordable and accommodating than any other motel that sends you to a person that's not even located in the US if you need to call and ask for special accommodations. You won't even be able to talk to anyone at the actual location. This is probably one of the last independently owned motels in Louisville, and I love supporting small businesses. It's a bit off the main path, but it is on Bardstown Rd, which is a straight shot off of I 264. Super quiet and peaceful, compared to places closer to the city. Make sure to bring cash for the deposit, even if you booked online!

This is one of the best motels in Louisville. The staff is professional the rooms are clean. There is never any trouble here. If you need a room for a night or something long term I highly recommend this motel.
